# Connect your client

Configure the Mozark MCP server in your AI client.

## Generic Flow

\
Mozark is a **remote MCP server** using Streamable HTTP. Every supported client only needs the server URL; no local install is required.

```
https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp
```

{% hint style="success" %}
**Let your agent set it up.** Most coding agents can configure MCP servers from a prompt. Paste this:

`Add the Mozark MCP server at https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp to this agent, then start its authentication flow so I can sign in.`
{% endhint %}

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Claude.ai / Claude Desktop" %}
{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Open **Settings → Connectors**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select **Add custom connector**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Name it `Mozark`, paste the server URL and select **Add**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select **Connect** and complete the sign-in in the browser.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
In a new chat, open the tools menu (**+** or ⚙ next to the message box) and make sure **Mozark** is toggled on.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Claude Code" %}
Run once in your terminal:

```bash
claude mcp add --transport http mozark https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp
```

Then inside a Claude Code session run `/mcp` and choose **Mozark** to authenticate.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Antigravity" %}
{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Open **Settings → MCP servers**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select **Add server**, then enter this URL:

```
https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp
```

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Name the server `Mozark`, save it, and complete the browser sign-in.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Cursor" %}
{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Open **Settings → MCP** and select **Add new MCP server**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Or add this to `~/.cursor/mcp.json`:

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mozark": {
      "url": "https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp"
    }
  }
}
```

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Click the server entry to trigger sign-in.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="VS Code (Copilot)" %}
Add to your workspace `.vscode/mcp.json` (or user settings):

```json
{
  "servers": {
    "mozark": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp"
    }
  }
}
```

Open the Copilot Chat tool picker and enable **mozark**; you'll be prompted to sign in.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Windsurf" %}
**Settings → Cascade → MCP servers → Add custom server**:

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mozark": {
      "serverUrl": "https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp"
    }
  }
}
```

{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Codex" %}

```bash
codex mcp add mozark --url https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp
```

{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

## Verify the connection

Ask: *"Are you connected to Mozark? Show me my active context."*

A working setup replies with your organisation, project and app. If the assistant has no Mozark tools, see [Troubleshooting](/mcp/mozark-mcp-docs/security-and-help/troubleshooting.md).

## Mozark MCP Connection Steps by Platform

> **Note:** Every platform uses OAuth. When prompted, sign in to your Mozark account in the browser tab that opens and approve access.

**Server URL:** `https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp`

## Claude

### claude.ai / Claude Desktop

1. Go to **Settings → Connectors → + → Add custom connector**.
2. Enter the details:
   * **Name:** `Mozark`
   * **URL:** `https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp`
3. Click **Add**.
4. Click **Connect**, sign in to Mozark, and approve access.
5. Start a new chat, open the **+** menu, and toggle **Mozark** on for that conversation.

### Claude Code (CLI)

1. Add the server:

```bash
   claude mcp add --transport http mozark https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp
```

2. Run `claude` and approve OAuth in the browser tab that opens.
3. Run `/mcp` inside a session to confirm Mozark is connected.

## Antigravity

1. In the **Agent** pane, click the **⋯** menu → **MCP Servers → Manage MCP Servers**.
2. Click **View raw config**, paste the following, and save:

```json
   {
     "mcpServers": {
       "mozark": {
         "serverUrl": "https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp"
       }
     }
   }
```

3. Back in the MCP Servers list, click **Authenticate** on the `mozark` entry and complete the login.

> **Important:** Authentication is a required manual step. It does not happen automatically when you save the config.

4. Confirm `mozark` shows as **Enabled** with its tool count (e.g. 137/137).
5. Start using the agent chat. Mozark tools are now available.
6.

> **Tip:** If your session expires, the first tool call may open a browser login popup. Sign in, approve, and return to Antigravity.

### Antigravity CLI

1. Add the server:

```bash
   agy mcp add --transport http mozark https://mcp.mozark.ai/mcp
```

2. Run `agy` to open the Antigravity CLI.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.mozark.ai/mcp/mozark-mcp-docs/getting-started/connect-your-client.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
