Priority	Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
Type	Functional, Non-Functional, or Business.
Owner	Person accountable for the requirement.
Assignees	Team members working on the requirement.
Acceptance Criteria	Text description of what done looks like.
Parent Requirement	Link to a parent requirement for hierarchy.
Labels / Tags	Classification tags.
Linked Work Items	Linked JIRA issues or other internal entities.
Attachments	Supporting documents.
