Searching and filtering

Use the test case list to find records quickly.

Plain text search

Type in the search bar above the table.

Search matches against:

• title

• description

• readable ID

JQL mode

Click the JQL toggle to switch to JIRA Query Language mode.

Use JQL for more complex queries.

Examples:

status = "Active" AND priority = "High"
labels IN ("regression", "smoke")

Autocomplete suggestions appear as you type.

Filters panel

Click Filters to open the filter panel.

You can filter by:

• status

• priority

• type

• assignee

• creator

• source

• date ranges

• labels

You can combine multiple filters.

Grouping and column visibility

Use Group By to organize the table into grouped sections.

Common groupings include ID, status, priority, type, creator, and assignee.

Use the columns icon to show or hide columns.
